Arpac Masters MBE-1200 Box Erector

The MBE-1200 is a versatile five-panel box erector for a wide range of boxes and trays. This system uses economical swing-lock style boxes like those used in the automotive industry and Higgens fold-over style boxes like those used in the toy and electronics industry. Side flaps can be friction tucked to provide a clean look.

Main dump, soft startup air valve.

Box erecting assembly, supported by linear bearings moving on hardened shafts and timing screws. Designed for quick interchange between sizes via handwheels with digital readout and calibrated scales.

Positive vacuum pickup system powered by a rodless cylinder, with V-Track wheels and hardened rails, provides positive support.

150 blank gravity magazine that can be adjusted to various sizes via calibrated scales.

Speed up to 12 cycles per minute.
