Dynaric DF1131 Automatic Retractable Arch Strapping Machine

The DF1131 is one of the most unique machines on the market today. Designed with a retractable arch, the unit allows for the direct forward feeding of lumber, tubing, piping and sign posts onto the tabletop. Once in position, an operator activates the strapping cycle, the arch swings upward from inside of the cabinet around the product and the strapping cycle is completed.

This unit is normally used in situations where passing a product through the arch is awkward or impractical.

Also it is very common to interface two or three DF1131's together so that multiple straps are placed on the product simultaneously, streamlining the time required to secure the product.

Features of the DF1131

Retractable arch allows long cumbersome products, such as moldings, extruded aluminum products, door and window frames and furniture components, to be strapped in an easy, efficient manner.

Can be incorporated to an in-line system for operator-less applications.

Self-diagnostic capabilities and various alarm functions promote safety and ease of operation.

An air nozzle with spiral hose attached to the DF1131 allows users to remove excess dirt and foreign matter from in and around the sealing head.

Easy strap replacement.

Easily adjustable external tension control.

Accepts 3/8", 1/2" or 5/8" strapping.
