Starview MR-PH2 Medical Packaging Machines
Starview's MR-PH2 Series rotary type heat sealers are designed for medium to higher volume production requirements. These machines may be used for conventional carded blisters, full face blisters, and half-clamshell styles as well as applications using Tyvek, foils and other heat sealable lidstock.
MR-PH2 machines have process controls for validation including in PLC temperature and pressure controls with high and low user adjustable alarms. All timer settings are within accessed through the touch screen operator interface panel and are highly repeatable. PLC memory includes a recall of the last 99 sealing cycles and data storage for up to 99 recipes.
