This system combines each operation, and automatically inserts, fills, and seals the product directly into bags in cases. How this System WorksThe product is received directly from the production process, and is elevated to the scale hopper. The product is separated to the pre-set fill weight. The product is fed into the formed film tube. The product is dropped into the bag and into each erected case. Each cycle can include a vacuum to remove air from the bag, seal the bag, and drop the sealed bag into a case to complete the cycle.
At the completion of each cycle, the index conveyor advances the filled case.
For a complete automated system, the case could be advanced to an automatic case sealer.
