A. Product Material

B. Bucket Elevator

Vertical bucket conveyors are for space conscious situations. Made with stainless steel construction, these models are offered in two bucket sizes depending on your product and speed requirements.

C. Combi 8SB Multi-Head Scale

Combi scales are designed for high-speed applications. Weigh and fill over 100 cycles per minute and be accurate to the gram. Available in 10 and 14 head models with 1.3 and 2.5 liter weigh buckets.

Combi weighers feature quick release pans and buckets, individual lane chutes, adjustable and pivoting hopper, remote control box, open-frame construction, as well as tool-less disassembly for quick wash-out, decontamination, and servicing. Its microprocessor stores recipes in memory, and interfaces with any type of packaging machine.

D. Xpdius Elite 1200 Vertical High Speed Bagger

The Xpdius Elite series VFS bagger is engineered for high-speed applications. Using a dual servo drive, the Elite offers smooth operation and precise control and positioning of film. A hinged control panel allows for easy access for servicing and maintenance. These baggers handle bag sizes up to 12" wide with speeds of up to 120 cycles per minute.

E. Exit Incline Conveyor

Inclined exit conveyors are used to move your product up towards the next phase of packaging - often a corrugated box for shipping. These conveyors are available in different widths, discharge heights, and belting material.

F. Finished Package

This vertical form and seal bagging system is great for pillow bag sizes from 1 inch to 22 inches wide.
