Dynaric DF117SA Stainless Steel Strapping Machine

Dynaric DF117SA Fully Automatic Stainless Steel Cabinet Strapping Machine

The DF-117SA utilizes a side seal design while incorporating stainless steel cabinet and corrosion resistant parts to provide maximum protection in the harsh environments of the seafood, meat and poultry packing industries.

The DF117SA is equipped with a condensation lamp to reduce the amount of moisture within the strapping machine.

You are not limited to the standard arch size of 700mm (27.6") wide by 400mm (15.75") high, each available arch size increase in 200 mm increments. The dispenser is internally located therefore minimizing the required floor space and reduces the amount of condensation which can form on the coil.

The DF117SA can be used in manual mode, by using the start switch or in fully automatic mode utilizing the adjustable photo-sensors for precision strap placement.

Operates on 220 volt 3 phase power or optional 440 volt 3 phase power Internal dispenser; minimizing required floor space.

Electronic control pad easily adjusts timer functions, heater temperature setting and seal time.

Digital display reports operational status, including error code read out for easy troubleshooting.

Easy strap feeding and adjustable external tension control and heat seal allows operators to strap packages in easy, efficient manner.

Easily adjustable table height for a variety of conveyor configurations.

Energy saving motor automatically shuts down when machine is not in use.

Casters allow for the machine to be easily moved throughout your facility.
